Marvel Comics readers may have become a little blase with the Generations books so far. There is a formula. Modern version of character suddenly appears in old version of character’s timeline, they have a team-up, young version of character learns something important about their legacy, and then disappears, back to, presumably, the Vanishing Point.
But tomorrow’s Generations: The Thunder featuring Classic Unworthy Thor and the current Jane Foster Mighty Thor, is drawn by Mahmud Asrar and Jordie Bellaire. But it is also written by Jason Aaron.
I am told to expect that, unlike the other Generations books, that this will directly tie into Marvel Legacy #1. also written by Aaron.
And something that will touch directly on the makeup of the 1,000,000 BC Avengers.
So if you have been put off by the formulaic nature of the Generations series so far, maybe this might provide a little something else?
